Return & Exchange

*Orders are strictly non-refundable and returns will be process as store credits*

All return/exchange item(s) must be in its original condition received in its original clear plastic packaging. Please ensure item(s) are unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact.

Customer will bear the cost of return mails and we highly recommend to use tracked mail as CHAIER will not be liable for any lost mails. Another $4 will be charged to the customer for delivering the new item(s) to your address. 

The cost of exchange for return/exchange request that is due to product/packing errors will be borne by CHAIER.

CHAIER reserves all rights to reject any orders if deemed that conditions are unfulfilled. 

  • Return/Exchange request must be requested within 7 days of receiving item(s)
  • Strictly no exchange for sale and backorder items
  • If item(s) reached us damaged, we reserve the rights to decline the return/exchange request 
  • CHAIER is not liable for lost parcels so we highly recommend you to use tracked mailing 
  • Only 1 time exchange is allowed


How to do return/exchange?

  1. Please email admin at contact@chaier.sg for an return/exchange request. 
    Admin will contact you via email on request status within 5 business days
    (Please only use the email account you made your purchase with)
  2. Once approved, pack items(s) in original clear plastic packing (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact) into any waterproof mailing bag.
  3. Seal bag tightly and follow instructions provided in the approval email
  4. Include stamps / instructions as per mailing company 
  5. Email will be sent to update you once parcel is received
